Can someone help novice sea angler requiring advice. After reading plenty of posts I have settled on a salt long surf rod but what size ?

They do a 13ft ,14ft and 15ft all 4-6oz I will be fishing chesil alot from now on. I would be gratefull for any advice.

One more question would this rod fish the winter aswell ?

I have 3 of these.I started beach fishing a couple of years back with the 13ft version just to tide me over until i could get something better.When it came to buying this"better"rod i left the tackle shop with a 15ft version instead.Liked it so much i went back and bought another.
Maybe get the 13ft version to start then see how it goes....and yes they work equally as well during the winter.
