Had a day out on the "Sarah Louise" yesterday skippered by Alan (Not sure of his surname). Despite the rubbish weather we have had here recently it wasn't too bad a day. Species brought on board included the usual Doggies, Smoothhound, Bass (albeit only just of legal size), Summer Codling, Gurnard, Tope (2 of about 10 inches!! :roll1:) and the catch of the day was a 15lbs Bull Huss taken by one of the boys on a Mackeral head. All fish returned safely and nothing brought home except photos!

Apart from me spending the first 2 hours doubled over the side it was a good day out. And at least the rain held off. Bonza!

Nah we had a pop on the way out but the water was really murky and with the recent rough seas i think they were keeping well out of harms way. All expected though so we had plenty of blueys with us.
