Hi folks,
taking the kids camping for a few nights over the next few weeks and I was wondering if there are any mackerel being caught off the sea wall in saundersfoot? if not does anyone know of anywhere down that way where I can take them fishing?.I normally go to St Davids but thats far too dangerous for kids.Any help would be much appreciated.

hi there
About half way along the beach towards monkstone point ( which also is pretty good for bass) there's a nice bit of flat rock by a little pebble beach...this is a good spot at high tide using lug or local rasorfish... had some nice flats here and if your really lucky maybe a bass.... big springs are the best tides here....

i been dwn tenby harbour wall and s.foot wall all week with the kids feathering for mackies and none about....usually stackpole quay is good but far to dangerous for kids

Head for Haverfordwest,
Drive straight up the high street onto the haven road,
Head for Broadhaven/Littlehaven,
Once at Littlehaven cove, Follow path on left hand side past the pub
To the point,
