Okay, for anyone looking, Mr T has been badly shafted by 3 bookings that booked the boat and have pulled out, last minute after taking up space so I'd like to show you how well Scrabster is fishing at the moment in the hope that Mr T can get his trip up & running again...

if its a one day trip ill go but ill need to know soon. how long from inverness is scrabster. 2.5 hrs anyone driven it recently.

Hi Marty, I did Thurso to Aberdeen with Inverness in the middle last Friday. The run to Inverness would be about 2.5 if you were taking it easy and the new roadworks really help. It's a two day tip for 23/24 August but pack yourself a tent or you can stay in the Weigh Inn for £25 if you fancy adding to your 2008 catch list

Congrats on the new addition - At the risk of losing your gonads (since they have now performed their duty) why not tentatively broach the subject with She Who Must Be Obeyed for a two day prison release order or failing that The Grinch may also be looking for a one day trip so you could calve it up?
