HI ALL Well what can i say? A rod licence for recreational fishermen will help pay for preserving our fish stocks Well who ever came up with that as got to be a farmer Bring back the twelve mile limit job done As for being a recreational fisherman Not guilty my lord I fish to eat as i can not afford to buy fish I may have to apeal to the european human rights court On the grounds that i am not allowed to eat fish GOD SAVE THE QUEEN

Just signed up , paying EA river licence now as I coarse fish and preditor fish in the winter, Sick and tired of asking for rod licence's from other fisher's to get threatened and spoke to in some foreign tongue and laughted at there is no way they can police this proposal fully as said before another stealth tax,
