It was a great evening, so I picked up my rod and went for my first trip this year under Seaford Head looking for a silver bar.

I found a few stray peelers, very few for the effort, and fished on one of the outcrops. All I managed was to admire the splended views of the seven sisters as dusk developed - no bites but that view is inspiring :sun:

I moved round to the Cuckmere as the tide covered the rocks, the full moon rose but still no bites.

The sea is warming up nicely with the recent sunny period so I don't think it will be long before things improve - I hope

I was about to head that way for the early morning LOW tide... The lack of any activity based on this report and the Saltdean pipe one means I should probably head further west... Maybe I'll find some mackerel, or perhaps foul a GG mullet! I can only hope! :)

Time to go swimming!

PS. Thanks for the report!
