has anyone fished east or west beaches lately? BA 55 MAN

havent fished it lately
i think there has been a few black bream coming out a mate of mine had 3lb+ gilt head bream about 6weeks ago.(west beach)
thought id welcome you to the forum......tight lines for the future

I done an early one on Saturday, east beach and the weed was a nightmare until the wind dropped and the tides changed, then the weed was very slightly better if you were casting within about 5 yards of the shore. Fish wise, we had one small wrasse, + one other bite.
I'd check it out before getting your gear out and see if the mahooosive clumps of surface weed have gone.

Still I think I'm gonna mission it down anyways as I've got a load of rag which need finishing off after 5 days in the fridge. :yucky:
