Went camping last week for 6 days and took my plugging gear...
Got a few small sessions in....
Didnt expect much as its so busy there but with the tide's a day off the highest thought well worth a go.
Had 3 sessions with the last 2 nothing caught and nothing even seen but it has really calmed down by then. It on the first session there was a slight blow and a bit of chop to the water with plenty of fish moving about and topping...
Got into a few schoolies then it died as the fish must of dissapeared up the channels....
Was only fishing the very start of the flood and tryed on the surface with no joy...
Zip Baits Irony,Gunfish and IMA Popkey with no joy...
Caught the fish on the KOMOMO II ASANAGO Flashing Plate which was is my turn to lure anyway....
Tried my Sasuke 140 sandborer,SF 125 blue mullet and Tide minnow gold with nothing on any of them!!!
I reckon all the commotion was the killer and I reckon that place with no other about would produce more fish and bigger fish....
Should have took my bait rods and dug some blow lug as plenty of flatties moving about when I was wading....
Nice session and a dead nice trip anyway and gave me a chance to try out of the new lures.....

Yeah can be stunning at sundown lookking over the Lleyn....
Always makes me laugh, the third pics of the entrace to harbour you can see the stream in the water a third across...
It was a high tide and with a high tide the water was really thundering in and you can see the buoy where its pretty much getting pulled over!!!
