Fished Shoreham From about 9.30pm to about 2am.
Fished with my brother Ray and my youngest Alex and our
Guru Fishyrob. After doing the business a fortnight ago with
locating a hound for my son Alex, Robin had the task of locating a sole as Alex had decided this was next on his hitlist of his new found hobby.
Reports of weed made us think we would be doomed but with Robins
knowledge he we ended up in a location that was virtually weed free.
The rods were baited up with ragworm to the secret fishyrob sole rigs.
Very enjoyable evening with all three of us catching. total fish were
5 eels, 8 schoolies, 1 plaice, 1 sole. The only sole going to Alex, so
mission accomplished by Fishyrob again. Just been cooked to Robin`s
recipe and he loved it!! He will post a picture later.

Next target for him is a Garfish.

Thanks again robin for another great session.:notworthy

That was a great fun session Nice to do something where the rod tips are active for a change!! I reckon Alex will love the garfishing, and it will be crazy fishing if we hold that sesison until mid-October (when our summer typically arrives........)

I would also point out that I blanked!! Fishing is such a fickle game...... :(

Hiya, hope you didnt think I was being rude/abrupt with my previous post, I think your having a great few fishing sessions and very much like the photos.

The sole rigs are delivering the goods, just like Robin helped me out last time we met at the marina with finding my targeted species for the day/night = Sole.

Welcome to the site Sole Boy, I'm sure you and your Dad will enjoy the next few trips, especially if it involves going out with Robin on a species hunt.
