i wanted to get out localy saturday evening/night and was wondering if shoreham beach can fish ok over low tide please? Is the deeper water at widewater a better bet for the tide saturday? Just want to get out after the weed-mare last week but not looking to stay out all night as a busy day sunday, any input appreciated, thanks

Widewater is the shallow end and not the deep end,it gets deeper as you head east towards the arm.

thanks Jay i always thought it was deeper at widewater.. Shows how many times ive fished Shoreham beach! Is there a no fishing zone? I had a quick look over from the foot bridge the other day and am i right in thinking its swimming only?
