Afternoon all,
Just a quick session planned for this morning to see if there were any rays about down Ogmore shingle beach fished from 8-11 and decided to alternate between a long up and over rig and also a 2 hook clip down baits were sandeel for the up and over and frozen blacks for the two hook clip down. Had bites from the off for the first hour resulting in two dogfish and a small codling and missed a lot of bites on the worm must of been small fish. Top tide arrived and things slowed right down for around a hour and a half then i had a nice slackliner and expecting a ray as i had out a double sandeel in came a small plump cod just under a Lb id say not the biggest of fish today but a nice easy short session with a few fish
