Hi guys, Off to Skye in June (canny wait!), really hoping to try for a thornback from the shore, ive never had one. :g: willing to travel anywhere in the area to give it a go. Ive heard early evening into dusk is a good time, ideally on the flood, is that true? Are worm baits or shellfish/fish or anything else the best bet baitwise? Is it basically the same setup/tactics/ground as for dabs n flounders (only a bit bigger i hope
) or something different? Ive had a hunt on this & other forums & sites & cant seem to come up with anything specific to skye or targeting thornbacks specifically - Any tips gratefully received - cheers keith
