This week we decided to go local , fish light and enjoy some warm autumn weather . We started from Gourock .
Such a perfect day we paddled away .
Working the bright little shads I soon found some sport . The water was cloudy though .
After three species , coley , codling and pollock we paddled further .
Whiting , grey gurnard and haddock the tally kept growing . yes the mackerel are still there .
.Species number 8 now with little effort .
And then Josh found his way with this surprising catch , not one , two but three Red band fish .
We love the Clyde on a sunny afternoon .
