Guys & Gals!

I know a lot of you are chasing thornies and the odd plaice, but here's aheads up?

My son and i went on a charter thursday out of brighton we went to see if the Black Bream had arrived on Kingmere reef.

We arrived at Kingmere reef at 8.40 and dropped our squid strips and the bream were there and having it?

We ended up with 101 bream on the boat but we put half back as we had all got enough!

The bream are there in SERIOUS numbers and many are 2/3lb size. If your into light fishing then these are fantastic fighters on light gear.

I had my PB a fantastic 4Lber and it went like a train on light rods, just superb!

If you want the bream then get yourself on a charter off brighton, littlehampton or shoreham. there have been a few caught on the beeches on the IOW but its still pretty early?
