had a sesh up st dais today with ian 1 and his boy,wernt brill but what we caught was decent fish,water was a bit high really ,needed a smaller tide.all in all we had over 20 wrasse between us,most ofver 2 pound,about 6/7 pollack about 1lb ish,and ian had a cracker at just over 4lb,biggest ballan was 2.6 lb ,also had a corkwing,pouting. no mackeral all day.

Supposed to be heading down there saturday for 2 days fishing. Well done on the fish caught but sounds a bit quiet for st dai's at this time of year! lol!

cheers men,huw ,tides are bit big ,shouldnt have went really,but going away soon so had to go somewhere,but wont again ,lower than 10 and half cardiff scale for up there really.
My mate was fishing straight into the tide rip that day on a 12+m tide and was catching good fish. Gona try again tomorrow on a smaller tide than last time. Let you know how we get off.
