Was thinking of doing the sandspit but with a few on there I opted for a chilled sess on my own.
Headed to a mark in sully bay that I have always wanted to fish but never got around to it.
Nice easy fishing for an hour down and an hour and half up but not a lot to show for it. 3 small straps and I missed a good slack liner.
Nice to be out though.

Don't think you missed much, I fished the spit and caught sod all. I think one guy had a couple of blondes down the end and aside from that all I heard caught was a few whiting and doggies.

Well done on having a few out, I was tempted to fish where you were on the way back but was more tempted by a pint in the captain's wife (wish I hadn't bothered in the end, £4.20 for a pint of tribute is the most I've ever paid and I used to live near London!)
