Got my playing out pass for sunday morning, was just gonna hit southshields pier again, about 07.00 til 13.00. Reckon two rods out, one set up for flatties etc, the other with a big bait as a last ditch effort for a cod! not had one yet, only codling and small ones at that so would be nice to break my duck!. A bit pi**ed off that I cant make the comp on saturday as I have never fished a comp but at least I will be out Sunday. Good luck to all taking part.
Will be heading south through the tunnel at about 06.30-06.45 so if any one is out of their kip and wants a lift, or fancies a crack at another local (ish) venue, north or south, and doesn't mind showing me the ropes then feel free to shout up.

goodluck pete im gutted i cant get out ive had another plaster put on for another 2 weeks before they decide if i have to have an op or not..........but i might have a walk down the pier on sunday if you see me give me a shout cant miss me plaster on will be wearing black wsf cap and fleece

Sorry to hear that Paul,
No probs mate, will give you a shout. Will probs be on or near 44. Just bought a slack handfull of 6oz sinkers so might even have a go off the end!

yes mate means i'll be out of action for at least 3 months so fingers crossed this plaster heals it mate
