swansea advice

Hi all, thinking of fishing Swansea this weekend, prob an evening tide from 3 hrs before high water. Trouble is its a big place, any advice on roughly where to fish would be great, I am taking my mate nick and he is a newbie to sea angling. We are thinking of fishing light if weather permits.
