Went with a mate to Talacre. Trekked across the beach to opposite the buoy and set up at about 3.00 PM, HT being around 5. Pretty constant action from around 4 with a lot of dabs being caught, some of which were keepers. Only other fish landed was a tiny pin whiting around 6.00 PM. Bites died off around 6.30 and so packed up and home. Luckily the rain kept off and it was a lovely day to be out. One other chap there who had the same results as us, dabs all the way. Just about everything caught on black lug, both some old frozen stuff and fresh from Flintshire Tackle.

think you mean low water. low water was 16.43. i very much doubt you would fish by the green bouy over high water unless you've got a boat.
