I was in the right place at the right time yesterday and managed to get a couple decent shots of the Bald Eagle around my backyard. Wish I could convey in pictures the sound them screeching, it is very impressive and almost prehistoric sounding.
Here are a few of the pictures I took. Eventually things will thaw and I will get back to fishing.

Cracking photos again Bry.

When I was a kid I was fetched up with hawks. Ferrets and gun dogs. My old and me and my brother always went hunting.

The hawks we had what I can remember are:

-North America red tailed hawk called sparky cracking bird.
-common buzzard. Can't remember name
-x3 Harris hawk called tweed.
- 2 goshawks. Called Ben and ??????
-peregrine falcon called speedy. Fast bird.

Dogs were springer. Retching dog
Pointer to spot the rabbit
Labrador gun dog to retrieve the rabbit/ pheasants.
