National Geographic Magazine - April 2007 - has three interesting stories exploring world fish stocks. They cover the Mediterranean Tuna, New Zealand marine reserves and the bleak reality of a struggling Newfoundland fishing village.
Worth a read, as usual the photos are superb.
The sight from underneath a commercial boat dumping its 'Bycatch' is a real sickener.
Just thought it worth a mention. When our grandchildren are told 'Grandad was always away fishing' they may not know there ever were wild fish!
