Well half way through the year, I'm doing quite well, despite not having a Flounder, Plaice or Silver eel, yet ...... if only i would make the time to go on the estuary :blink:

hopefully, Spotted, Blonde and Small eyed Ray, lesser + Greater weever, Scad, Tub Gurnard, Haddock, Redfish(possibly !), Cod (7lb+), Trigger fish, Garfish, Sand smelt, Octopus, common and Starry Smoothound and of course Flounder, Plaice and Silver Eel.

It amazes me how people can remember every species theyve caught during the year, going down the lists i can tick them off but if someone asked me to name what species i caught last time i went out,let alone all year, i wouldnt have a clue

Keep a diary Kev, its a great help over the years for fish location, feeding habits and seasonal trends.

Plus it adds a bit of interest
