Looking for a bit of a species hunt, any where fishing good at the moment?
A Ray would be nice too as a bonus.

Thanks mate - been meaning to fish it for a while now thanks to info a while back on specimen rays, maybe this weekend is the weekend to bite the bullet!

I would try Leven over Fyne any day of the week.. Fished Leven last friday with Joe and we managed three rays between us with a number of LSD's to me and it was in pretty bad conditions. Lots more species available on Leven if you time it well.

Ft William long stay car park should throw up a few species with a good chance of a ray too. Don't expect monsters though so keep hooks smallish. Its about as close as the sea as you gets from aviemore too! There are some good pike to be had in the more local lochs if you don't fancy the driving...
