After an everlasting spate of strong westerlys we put to sea last sunday for a few hours,partner in crime for the day was kevin robinson who drew the short straw for the chicken run to get live eel from country stores gowerton. yet again the forecasters got it wrong with a masive swell running all day long and a strong westerly with it(i would love that job get it wrong all the time and still get paid,nice work if you can get it,
the day turned out to be verry slow lots of verry small bass about on the chosen mark,so a move to another location favoured by kevin robinson was on the cards,the day was saved here with a bass just on the 5 pound mark and another for buddy boat dungraftin of 5.12 oz

nice bass mate. we went out sunday from swansea as well. you're right about the swells, drifting was no bother just getting there was a bit slow. we only had the one bass on shads but it went to over 5lb as well. cracking fight with it!!

All that grace the decks of the toad need not copy anyone,let alone video reports of gurnards and undersize smoothies (whatch out doubble decker buss)no it just a wave on the front of elaine,s windscreen. haaaaaaaa!!!
