took the new primo hi flexs out fishing for the first time today and all I can say is wow. They are so light compared to my old syncro (which I still think the world of), the action on them is superb, absolutely chuffed to bits. Only sad part was that I only managed 1 dogfish on one rod, and I blanked on the other.
Perhaps some folks on here are right, perhaps I would be better of with a cheaper brand and then I could blank with that instead. :nonono: (you know who you are)
Well all I can say is at least I blanked in style (on one of them!!) :icecream:
They are now tucked up in their cosy padded rod bags sleeping till the next time, I think I'm in love

congrats on the new rods mate. will be getting the same rods myself, but alas i have to wait till march for mine. blanks are there to even out the days when the rods dont stop rattlin.

Waste of money I reckon. I would just go get a old bamboo cane and tie my line to that and throw those rods in the bin!!
I mean status symbol or what, you are just a poser who likes to show off!! Blah, Blah, Blah. Ooh look at my quality fishing gear thats gonna last a lifetime and cast superbly, behave theirselves in the rest and by the looks of it pretty much handle anything you could throw at them.:nono:
