Can any one tell me the last known shore caught turbot in the AYRSHIRE area.

Hi Kenny i caught one from wemyss bay pier about 7 years ago, it only weighed about 6oz, but at least it was a turbot....

brassie beach last year was nearly seethrough!

I would have thought their would have been more from the storm beaches at Ayr, Irvine, and Stevenson.
