What's the best tide to fish these places ?

Medium tides in the dark, around low water and up a few hours at ty croes. Don't know about cable.

2 hours either side of low water is generally considered to be best at Ty Croes but I've caught over high too and at all times in between, one thing I have found is that the bigger tides don't fish as well as the small to medium sized ones.


It's the same story at Cable bay but though I've heard of some brilliant fishing there I've never done quite as well as I have at Ty Croes.
