Quite light blank as well and not Icon broom handle thick either.
Only downsides are?
Reel seat wouldn't lock down on Penn 525's so either work position where want reel then padd beneath or change like i did
Eyes can be bit fragile as broke 2 on mine when landed on concrete floor! but part of that is bag is dire just thin nylon

but for £60 delivered a steal!

Look for a pair of 14ft TF Gear Delta rods , superb rods and they have been going on the Bay new for 59.99 each , these cast and fish like rods costing a few hundred quid.

 

2x tfg 14ft rods for sale on the south and west wales forum.got 2 myself great rods.

Hi have one of those ABU ones now with bit on back for thumb someone kindly donated to me from there "Tackle Barn" don't quote me but think 25.? but il get the ole Mitoyo digital vernier out and check later(always handy to have a vernier gauge)

 

Cheers for that , the reel seats work a treat with my 7hts but put a 525 on it and it doesn't , I could pack it out but I haven't used them yet and not sure where I want to place the reel . That's the Abu griplok I'm guessing same style with the finger grip as the one that comes with the rod ,
