I wonder, would one of you good casting lads put up a selection of photos, clips taken during a cast showing where the rod should be pointing at a given point in the cast a fast freeze frame if you like. Also highlighing at what point in the cast you should wait. And perhaps say why you waited at those points. Would be very helpful to us lesser mortals. Thankyou.

Hi Flip, there is lots of very good video about casting on the net. Of course if you're a novice it's difficult to know what is good and what is rubbish. I would say that to progress in any style of cast you need to learn the OTG compentently first, then the sky could be the limit.
