I have beed reliably informed that the owners of the pier have no intention of reparing the end of the pier that has been closed off for the last few months due to the cost , you may want to bear that in mind if you are considering buying a season ticket.

I have it on good authority that the pier owners are waiting for a barge and better weather to repair the right hand corner. It's now noticeably lower than the rest of the pier. New tickets needed from to-day (15th)

That story has been circulated locally for some time , however I don't think it will happen , hope I am wrong.

Get one at clacton pier £75 for 24 hour access I know the parking at clacton can be a pain at times but night times no problems at all
