No Terry for a week!!
The annual jolly boys trip starts tomorrow. 4a.m.kick off.
Seven days fishing as many marks as possible in Pembrokeshire.
Thanks to all who have given advice to us gravy boys who normally only venture as far as Anglesey,,special mention to Rhodri, cheers mate.
Hopefully I`ll have plenty to report when we get back.
just get into a lengthly conversation wiv da officer about wales winnin the grandslam and beating the ENGLISH on the way and he will soon forget wot u did hahaha
Good luck terryf. Feel free to give me a ring if you need any help. You got me number. Might even sneak out for an hour to see how you're getting on. If I don't catch you, have a great trip. I'm sure you and your buds will have a fine time.
Had not realised that you 'jolly-boys' were almost bi-lingual. Pebrokeshire should be no problem as it is, 'the little England beyond Wales' but should you have a (linguistic) problem regarding anglers who have bagged the best swims you need only say, "Hogia Cymraeg 'rydym ni" (We're Welsh lads), "yn pysgota am wythnos gyfa yn gwlad y gan, rwgbi, a merched ardderchog." (fishing for a whole week in the land of song, rugby and the best women) "A fedrwch chi symyd y gwyr saesneg yna sydd yn taflyd ysbwriel ym mhob man!" (can you move those English blokes who are throwing litter about!" End it with, of course, "Diolch yn fawr!" (Thanks very much!)
Good luck with the week, if you catch it'll be a bonus to the fishing camaraderie!
hmmm, good last reply, now where did i put that book..everything you need to know in WELSH!(only hacking on yer, honest!!!)
