Hi all..

Myself and a mate are going to west wales on saturday, We are planning on fishing Dale or the surounding areas. Just wondering has anyone fished there before and any advice ..

It's about10 miles west of milford.

What time are we leaving mate. high water is about 10:20. It's going to take about 2hrs or more to get there.

Only fished there on a boat, loads of pollack upto 6-8 ibs, coalfish 1-2 lbs. we were only spitting distance from the cliff face so no doubt you could catch them from the shore. The best advice we had off the skipper was cut you feathers in half (only fish with 3 hooks) imagine 2-3, 5-6lbs pollack on at 1 time , and allways have some red in your feathers. They should also be having mackeral a plenty down there by now try freelining a joey.
