Some of the joints on my rods are abit stiff and i was wondering if this is ok to use on them?

rub a bit of furniture polish into the joint or oil. century actually recomend using undustrial grease.

obviously wipe off any excess. this will alow your joints to slip together easily. i also rub a little spit onto the joint before assembly.

carbon is very abrasive and the above will greatly reduce the amount of wear you get on the joint. try not to twist a joint once assembled as this can also lock it. align the eyes just before its put together tight.

I agree with dabcatcher use grease or oil as it can be removed if you use to much,just try to put back the carbon if you rub of too much IMPOSSIBLE then you end up with two bean sticks
