How's the wrecks fishing off Weymouth at the moment?
got a trip booked on the weekend on offshore rebel and not sure what to go for, have a choice of wrecking or inshore for blondes and other rays

hopefully someone will reply soon as im in the same situation, should we go wrecking or after the flatties.......though the weather might have the final say.....

I have heard on the grapevine that the fishing has been excruciatingly bad.
It's all hearsay so would perhaps give the skippers a bell to see what their latest catches have been. Heard bad things about the shambles and the mussel beds as to the state of them after the storms too. I'll not get the chance to see for myself for a couple of weeks but will report back then.

The trip was cancelled which is a bummer will have to wait till the bh weekend to try my new Abu 7500 elite

Even when the water clears you are still fighting with the wrecknetters, this time of year used to be brilliant out of Weymouth for Pollock, but the wrecknetters have spoilt it.
