Lots of people think it`s a fancy trademark whatsit for SEYMO made in UK by H & H.

It`s actually SEA GUIDE made in fried rice land.

i thought the 's' was for sh*te/smash/shattered to be honest, every rod i have seen with these on they have died from a fish fart near them, useless awful guides.
Rovex love them, as do a lot of the budget/entry level brands

LOL... I just bought an Airflo fly rod with them on. Since it has a lifetime warranty... I'll just have to use them until it drops off. Even then, I guess the replacement will still come with them on..
