tides arent grate mate, you would be better of fishing on monday or something like that.

anyway for friday you could try lydstep but stay into darkness. squid and macky is what you want, big baits to stop the doggies a bit. pulley pennels or running ledgers in close, could go black rock or the head.

ok mate. i would get there for say 3 and fish it till it gets dark or summat like that.
