Just about to start looking for a second hand 15hp 4 stroke for my little bass hunting boat. I've got £1000 to spend but am a little unsure whether to go for anything other than a Honda.
Anyone got any recommendations?

well my honda 20 hp 4 stroke ( same engine basically) is a diamond engine starts first pull even on the hand pull and bloody economical, but yams are bloody good aswell.

You won't go far wrong if you stick to the big name brands for a 15hp.

Any thoughts on dealers who are reliable? I dont mind buying privately but I have a nice "10"hp honda to trade in.
