This is what I'm work with and it all has to come out. The seller had a repair done to the transom to seal up the leg opening. Lol who new the boat filled up with water
Cheers LavrakiLooks like it’s going to make a great fishing platform.
I can’t wait to see the remodelling in the hands of the forum’s fibreglass magician.
Cheers Clinker. The hull and ring deck are staying the same but the canopy will be getting changed. Keep watchingLovely looking boat - I'd keep the lines much as they are - perhaps add a GRP canopy to the existing screen along the lines of a Morebas 17 if a bit more shelter is required. A new transom, pod and around 200hp outboard would complete it.
Thank you Lady Half Pint. I plan to post as and when we do work on her. So keep watching 😂Its been a long time since we did to hear from Garry. A nice boat to fix up too and to show a boat project properly. Great and to wish you well!
😂 Sorry Mike the beige has to golooks awesome - love a bit of retro - hope you are going to keep it retro - maybe a nice beige?
Nooo! Keep the cabin and screen, it’s what makes the Winner Viscount such a classic.Cheers Clinker. The hull and ring neck are staying the same but the canopy will be getting changed. Keep watching😂

If it wasn’t so impractical I’d say a pair of Merc 1150 Towers of Power on the back would be great.
Cant wait to see the final refurb what a task you have set yourself good luck with the projectSo here we go the refurbishment starts here and as they say its got to look worse before it looks better. Started the rip out all the decking is sodden. The transom had a repair done witch made me laugh as the surrounding transom timber was water logged. The foam is wet on all sides but to be fair the centre of the foam was pretty dry View attachment 1372593 View attachment 1372594 View attachment 1372595 View attachment 1372596
