Went to look at the fiskars power fork in B&Q yesterday. And yes i will be buying 1. What got me was it's £10 cheaper on their website, than in store. Can someone explain this too me??? And could I get it cheaper if I bring this fact up. As I can collect in store.

Go to the checkout and they will put it through at the lower price (bought one in the week).

If you have any problems, just take a photo of the B&Q website page and present it to the staff, they can squirm, but they cant crawl out of charging you the advertised price..... but make sure it still advertises the same lower price before you start to complain.
BnQ are worth a fortune, so they can afford it...... TBH I hate shopping there, 9 times out of 10 they have not got what I want, and 7 times out of 10 I can get it cheaper elsewhere anyway.

I saw a watch I liked in h Samuels. £119 in store. I bought it on their online store for £59. The only way for me to get it was to collect it in store. So I went back in to the same store 3 days later and asked to buy the watch. They said £119. I showed them my online purchase email and got it for £59

My understanding is they have 2 choices, sell it to you at the lower advertised price, or refuse to sell it to you. I'd order it online for pickup in store, and if they take the money, you have a contract of sale

My mate pro digs with one (most tides and 6 days a week) and if it's his tool of the trade, then it more than good enough for me.

I had two there great for the price I snapped mine where the head of the fork meets shaft the other has been brilliant. Was my own stupid fault levering it against the sand

I lost my receipt so couldn't take it back was hoping to get the head welded to a stainless shaft but havent found anyone to do it for me yet

If 9/10 they ain't got what you want and 7/10 you get it cheaper else where, then you don't shop there much? :doh: You may well frequent said store on numerous occasions!!!! lol:boxing:
