Hi all i have a little question here ,planning on going out this sat if weather permitting ,now i always check and keep an eye on the weather,now heres my question ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I wan t to go out from minnis bay ,around to grenham,now when i look at the XC weather wind chart,,,,,WHAT IS THE BEST LOCATION TO WORK FROM,,,,,,,,,,,,GOING ON THE NEAREST 2 PLACES I CAN GET,DO I CHOOSE,,,,,,,,,,,MANSTON OR SOUTHEND ON SEA? wish they blooming did one from HERNE BAY ,that be the closest

I would use the manston one or estimate somewhere between the two forecasts

I just had a look and they are both saying the same. If it stays like that it should be like a millpond for you:clap:

You could use Windguru as well for a reffernce type in Minnis bay or margate and you can get forcasts. I use it for ramsgate and it's as accurate as anyither sight for ramsgate.
