Dose anyone know why some zippys come with no high build over the stickers/decals.

Dose anyone know why some zippys come with no high build over the stickers/decals.

The blanks are supplied with no high build, just blank, either ground or unground & shrink wrap on the handle. It's up to the rod builder to put high build over the decal if he wants or is requested to do so.
