had a message fi rabfilargo askin if a wanted to go oot in the boat silly question .doh yes .....left largo 7.30 was fishing by 7.45 first fish on boat at 7.50 o boy its the start o a glorious day ,tide perfect wind slight sw.10 mph .first drift we had 9 fish 3 wrasse 5 cod n 1st pollack @3 lbs ,went back upto mark n nailed a couple o mackies both on a 15 foot trace wi a big blue jelly worm ,went quiete then ma spiinin rod went buckaroo pollack on let the fun commence 5 mins later n a lot o great runs on the spinnin rod a crackin 9lb pollack whoo hoo ,lookin across at edinburgh knew we werny gonny stay dry for long so we tried a slightly different drift bang bang bang the coddieswere there 18 fish in about 15 mins most returned all bout same size 2lb s last drift put spinnin rod oot again hit bottom then lifted up 2 turns BANG CRASH DIVE mr pollack is here again another big runner and another at 9lbs great fun all in we musta put 30 fish back mostly cod but a few bight coloured wrasse as well .turned back towards largo wi the rain chasin us but who cares after a day like that widdnae bother if we got a soakin ...Thankz fer the trip Rab ....:thumbs::fishing1::fish::fish::fish::fish:...Iain.......
