if i remember rightly conger11 has charts of etive . maybe ask him if he can give you a copy

 

jamie (conger11) has charts of etive but only as far as taynuilt pier. any further up the loch is just blank on his programme on pc

Yes - you can buy charts of the whole loch (including past Taynuilt) from Nancy Blacks Chandlery in Oban, Argyll sq. Although they are very old - they are still very accurate. Cheers.

Thanks for the offer, I have been PM'd by another fisherman who has offered to lone me some he has, if this does not include the top of loch Etive I will get back to you near the end of this week.
I will be going to Loch Etive tomorrow for an overnighter or 2.

Reply a bit late maybe, but as we are going up to Etive for a week's boat fishing next Saturday I lashed out on an up to date Admiralty chart of the loch that goes right up to the top. Turns out that the depths and bottom info is based on the 1886 survey. You can download a old chart giving this from the website that Chalky posted. OK, it's all in sepia and the depths are fathoms, but what the hell, it's free.

Garmin Blue Chart Atlantic covers the loch right up to the head.

 

As does the Navionics Gold small series chart for the West of Scotland (and probably the one for the whole UK and Ireland 28XG), also the new Admiralty chart number 2388.
