Just a note to introduce myself.
Me and my mate have been fishing for sometime but usually from the shore in the Bristol Channel,Ladeye Bay,Portishead etc.Anyway we got fed up with too many blank days and nights so my buddy went and bought himself a boat, nice little Warrior which is now down in Swanage and is hopefully going to give us some good days.
Great to have mates who just go and buy boats lol.
We are planning to head out Wednesday so will let you know how we get on.
Managed to get out last week and although the big swell didn't make things comfortable we had a not bad day (3 Good Conger plenty of Peskey Pout and a decent 6lb Cod).
Hoping for a bit more tomorrow with the forecast good we may be able to get out a bit further.
Any advice for this neck of the woods gratefully received hoping you're a friendly lot!!
