find the Plough and harrow pub at Monknash, drive down the no through road by the side of the pub past the farm, you can either park in the field on the bend of the lane or drive a bit further on and park at the end of the lane where there is a couple of spaces against the hedge but dont block access to the house, then walk down the scary lane to the beach ( gorby might jump out on the way down ! ) walk right to the sandy beach about a mile from the car.
lt only has access to the sand at low water and dont stay till high as your way out will be cut off.
Fishes much better by night.
I've heard it's better on springs , just nice to get out of the house for a few hours and try a new spot
