Hi i have a tohatsu 50hp electric start outboard on a picton domino 17ft. I will be using one decent battery for the outboard and a separate battery for car stereo, fish finder, vhf radio, bow light, port and starboard lights, bilge pump, cabin lights (LED) and thats about it,
the most i will be cruising will be for about 4hours (there, back with fishing stops inbetween)
Im worried that the battery for the cabin wont last the full trip as i go out through the winter and gets dark quick. When fishing i will be turning the outboard off with cabin and other equipment in use.
is there a way i can use batteries in harmony with my whole set up or should i have more then 2 batteries keeping one as a back up?
many thanks for any help and advice in advance. if you need more info please let me know:thumbs:
