gooday m8, my m8 works in ina bearings just across the loughor bridge he told me of a guy who had some nice bass fishing ina bearings bank, he had them by collecting small crab ]under rocks and in the weed there is thousands there down on the green banks]. using a baiting needle and then putting 4/5/6 on to a hair rig under a small treble hook,
he showed him how to do it using a long thin baiting neddle insert from the underside of the crab one at a time. and use a small twig as the hair.
but you might find that there is to much flood water there that would be my concern.
what ever you do av a good un

you will lose rag worm to crab ,a good tip is to use a drilled out bit of cork and secure it about 4 inches from hook bait ,this keeps the bait off the bottom and it does work a treat the bait will last longer. i have fished it quite a lot lately both spinning and bait have had some nice flats and two decent bass forget the plug for next couple of days to much flood water.Try fishing up by depth pole to the left of sewage pipe green banks?

I was down there monday, went down there to spin but no good the water was very dark. I tried to collect crab but did not get much, had a go with the crab low tide again no good . maybe it is down to all the fresh water in the estuary, or just one of those days.:g:

Feeding the crabs is an expensive sport! Try Llangenith beach to the right of the stream. Simple 2 up rigs with lug are producing plenty of school bass sport, you dont even have to cast too far. Fish low water up for results. I fish lougher/crofty quite a bit but the weathers no good tomorrow and the rain will wash the venue out! Tight lines
