Looked at these while back as look pretty neat and see the insides on the Stripers on line

 

Pretty much the same as the magnetix I think, be an acceptable reel for a bit of medium boat work I expect. My mate batters his magnetix regular and it seems to soak it up reasonable well worth a punt for 60 odd quid

 

Graphite frame BTW just so as you know. Shiny metal looking graphite

Hi yes that was what we looked at them for heavy beach work and can see a mag mod coming along to similar to a saltist

 

Pretty sure they're magged already aren't they? Or do you mean a mod to the magnet array? You'll need to pop a magnet out two out for beach work, they're quite overbraked and the adjustment is a bit all or nothing.

Never seen one being used.

Did see many trying to get shot of em over on the selling pages on fbook. Pretty sharpish after getting em. Make of that what you will.?
