penarth pier

Hi members, fished penarth pier today didnt start fishing untill about 10ish there were about 15 anglers spread out on both sides of the pier, but it was the right hand side of the pier that produced the most fish. Paul ( the yeti ) picked up 6 or so codling with a few whiting mixed in i didnt do has well as Paul ,scooby and his mate fished hard all day with only a couple of droped whiting to show for their efforts. In all he pier fished better today than it has done for a while, still no size to ant of those fish caught. cheers .

well done mate yes the fish are small but it stops you from blanking keep the good work up tight lines

Good to hear that there are fish being caught, from what I've heard this has been one of the worst winters for a while

LOL, in comparison to all the other regular marks mentioned on this forum, catching 6 small codling and a few whiting seems to me like the pier is fishing its head off.. Keep em tight, Mad one.
