Deadly on rocky marks for bass, fished halfway up in the water. Tie on a bit of peeler or softie higher up your 3/0 Aberdeen for added attraction: the scent brings them nosing around, they see the prawn and BANG!

Cheers - John

try on the inside wall with a drop net on the bay barrage, saw a few down there today collecting them.
worm killer was probably one of them if there was an aging tackle tart with a big box on a trolly with a duff wheel that was him

helo just signed up on the wsf forums i think we both no where the best place for the prawn are and what the best technique to collect them are haha......

most people this year have been putting several traps for prawns down either side of the barrage walls. this has now wiped out the micro population of prawns down there! the best thing to do now (as u wont get any good sized prawns in the barrage) would be to drive to other piers and set your traps their!! a good place atm is swansea docks and mumbles pier! but hide your nets if u are going onto mumbles i dont think they are too keen on them! there is plenty of places to get tidy sized ones this time of the year but it is best to look hard and not overfish the barrage for them!! good fishing!! adam:)
